If you're experiencing difficulties logging into your Flamel.ai account, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve common login issues.
Step 1: Update Your Browser
- Update Google Chrome (recommended browser):
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner
- Go to Help > About Google Chrome
- Install any available updates
- Restart your browser
For other browsers, ensure you're running the latest version through their respective update processes.
Step 2: Try Logging In Again
Once your browser is updated:
- Navigate to https://studio.flamel.ai/login
- Enter your credentials
- If the login is successful, you're all set
- If problems persist, proceed to Step 3
Step 3: Clear Site Cookies
If you're still unable to log in, clearing cookies for Flamel.ai can resolve session-related issues:
- In Google Chrome:
- Click the three dots menu
- Select Settings > Privacy and security (on the left) > Third-party cookies
- Click "See all cookies and site data" (towards the bottom)
- Search for "flamel.ai"
- Click the trash icon to remove these cookies
- Return to https://studio.flamel.ai/login and attempt to log in again
Fix "ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR" message in Google Chrome browser
The ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR message is an error that shows up in the Google Chrome browser when you try to visit a site.
This site can’t be reached, The webpage at https://examplesite.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address,

Steps to Resolve
- Navigate to chrome://flags/#enable-quic
- Change the setting from "Default" to "Disabled"
- Reload the browser, and reload the https://studio.flamel.ai/login page
- The issue should be resolved!
