Step 1: Update Your Browser

  1. Update Google Chrome (recommended browser):
    • Click the three dots in the top-right corner
    • Go to Help > About Google Chrome
    • Install any available updates
    • Restart your browser

Typically, the full error reads something like:


This site can’t be reached, The webpage at https://examplesite.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address,
ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Steps to Resolve

  1. Navigate to chrome://flags/#enable-quic
  2. Change the setting from "Default" to "Disabled"
  3. Reload the browser, and reload the https://studio.flamel.ai/login page
  4. The issue should be resolved!
