Your Facebook or Instagram account has been disconnected from Flamel because of a password change or Facebook session reset for security reasons.
This is a security feature that protects your accounts by requiring you to confirm it’s still you after major changes.
Step 1:
Log in to Flamel.ai and go to the Social Accounts or Integrations page.
Step 2:
Look for any notice about account connection issues or expired sessions for Facebook/Instagram.
Step 3:
Click the Renew Login or Reconnect button for Facebook and/or Instagram.
Step 4:
Follow the prompts to reauthorize your account:
A Facebook/Instagram login window will open.
Enter your current credentials and accept the requested permissions.
Step 5:
Wait for Flamel.ai to confirm reconnection. You should now see your account as “Connected.”
If reauthorization fails or you’re asked for permissions you don’t see, ensure you’re logging in with the correct personal account (not a business manager or page account).
Make sure pop-up windows aren't being blocked by your browser.
After reconnecting, you may need to select your pages, profiles, or business account again.
Once Facebook detects any sensitive change (such as a password reset), all existing app sessions and tokens must be reset for security. The only way to restore app access is to manually reauthorize using the Renew Login button.
