Mentioning other accounts within a Facebook post is a wonderful way to drive engagement! It brings the tagged account and their audience directly to your post - more eyes, more likes, more comments = win!

In the new post creation screen, you should select your Facebook page as the channel you want to share the post to.

Then, under caption, select the Facebook icon at the top right. This will make sure you're only editing the Facebook caption.

At the point in the caption that you want to tag the account - either type @ or hit the @ button in the toolbar.

You'll see a list of your recently tagged accounts - this is great for easy access to the accounts you most frequently interact with.

You'll also be able to search for accounts that you have tagged in the past by using the search box. See below where we search for the Cincinnati Bengals.

To tag a new account, you'll need to add their Page ID. Navigate to their Facebook page, click on About, click on Page Transparency, and then you'll see their Page ID listed (highlighted below).

Add this Page ID to the search bar in Flamel and click on Tag account manually. This will add the page as the mentioned account! You're now good to schedule that post and get that sweet engagement.
