One of the features on Flamel is that you can post your Instagram Reels and Stories through the platform.
To schedule an Instagram Reel and Story:
1. In the Create tab, click on New Post
2. Add media to post
3. Click on the Instagram icon in the Post To section and select either Reel or Story
4. Add your caption
5. In the post preview, select a day and time to schedule the post
6. Once finished click the double check marks to schedule or post now
